Terms and Conditions

By engaging Shreeva Digital’s services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

We provide digital marketing services including Social Media Management, Google My Business, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO, as per the plan or proposal agreed with you.

2. Fees and Payment

• Fees are billed monthly in advance as per your selected plan.
• Ad spend for Meta Ads and Google Ads is separate from our fees and paid directly by you to the platform.
• Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. Late payment may result in a pause of services.

3. Minimum Commitment

All plans require a minimum 3-month commitment. After that, services continue month-to-month and can be cancelled by either party with 15 days’ written notice.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely account access, brand assets, and approvals needed to carry out the work. Delays in these may affect timelines and are not our responsibility.

5. Ownership

You retain ownership of your ad accounts, Google Business Profile, and social pages at all times. Content created for you becomes your property upon full payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for services in the month the issue arose. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit or business opportunity.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
